Easy, simple, inexpensive home cooking, using what's in the fridge, to help
you lose weight and keep your waistline in check

As happens to many in our overfed western world, WineCountry.IT, LLC president, Loris Scagliarini, a few years ago realized that little by little extra fat had expanded his waistline and was hiding his throat under a growing double chin.

Find out how he reversed the trend and, little by little, shed over 20 pounds without using 'miracle pills' or special diets, but by eating well and renouncing none of the ingredients that he enjoys, including wine.

New recipes are added weekly, as Loris or his wife, Brigit, prepare them in their home kitchen and, of course, find the wines or other drinks with which they wash down their tasty, healtful food.
