We are glad and proud to announce the launch of a new web site and a new venture: Italian Flavor Consortium®.
The Italian Flavor Consortium®, an organization that brings small and medium-sized Italian wine and specialty food producers toghether, was created out of the need for the Italian wine and food industries to adopt the latest commercial methods required to remain competitive in the international markets as well as back at home.
At the same time, by organizing ongoing Italian Flavor Forums® in the San Francisco Bay Area, we provide information about the hundreds of Italian quality wines and regional products to US specialized press, importers, distributors, licensed retailers and restaurateurs. More importantly, we make those sometimes limited-production items, mostly produced by small, often family-run commercial operations, readily available for taste and order. In fact, at each event we will have a guaranteed amount of the products being introduced, earmarked for the US market.
US wine and food professionals and writers interested in participating in the next Italian Flavor Forum® Premiere, tasting and ordering some of the best, and at times little or totally unknown Italian regional quality wines and foods,must request an invitation. Please note that the events are by invitation only and are not open to the general public.
Italian quality wine and food producers interested in participating in the US events, as well as future events and trade shows organized elsewhere in the world, must request to be contacted by our representatives in Italy.
