Bookmark and Share It is time once again for Sapore (Italian for 'Flavor',) the wine and food event event held in Rimini, on the Italian Adriatic coast, from the 19th to the 22nd of February 2011.

Sapore 2011

The event is dedicated to the Ho.Re.Ca. (Hotel, Restaurants, Catering) sector, and it includes the following independent trade shows, which are held at the same time and under the same roof, because they are all providers to the Ho.Re.Ca. sector.

  • MIA: Mostra Internazionale dell'Alimentazione (International Food Show)
  • Selezione Birra Beverage & Co: Includes two sections
    • Selezione Birra: Dedicated to beer
    • Beverage & Co: Dedicated to any type of beverage except beer and wine
  • MSE: Mediterranean Seafood Exhibition
  • DiVino Lounge: Wine trade, includes three 'zones'
    • Area Food: Pairing wine and food
    • Area Wine: Guided tastings
    • Area Business: One-on-one pre-organized meetings between Italian producers and foreign buyers
  • Frigus: Featuring frozen food and equipment related to storing frozen food
  • Oro Giallo (Yellow Gold): International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Exhibition
