Marisa Tognarelli Still on Top of the Wave

Marisa Tognarelli is the creator of the 'Chocolate and Almond Crunch Games'. After the great success of the Second Annual, when not even the rain could stop the overwhelming participation of public, the now renown and expert chocolatemaker and almond crunch creator has been invited by organizers of events centered around chocolate in various parts of Italy outside the province.

Her creations were truly appreciated in Trieste, Nonantola and Ancona. Her name was honored in more than one way and Maestro Danilo Freguja recently gave her the nickname of "Binoche from Sestola", because of the similarity between Marisa and Juliet Binoche character in  the movie "Chocolat", both physically and personality wise.

Marisa subsequently went to Paris, France in November to take a course on how to create chocolate sculptures with Maestro Danilo Freguja and Maestro Jean François Castagne, who congratulated her on the harmonious proportions of her nudo di donna (see photo).

After the holiday season, Tognarelli and her trustworthy staff will start organizing the third Annual 'Chocolate and Almond Crunch Games' that will take place in October, 2005 in Sestola, Italy.
